Bitcoin design guide 🗺️

  • In the last jam session, we covered ongoing work around backup solutions with descriptors, user flows for miniscript-based recovery paths, multi-wallet design considerations and more. The next session is on Monday, November 20.
  • The new code resources page is live, listing code libraries based on the guide and UI Kit.
  • The new multi-wallet management page PR is awaiting more reviews. Share your feedback.
  • In draft mode are an early version of a reference design for custom spending conditions, and the final Wallet Scrutiny case study page. Not ready for review, but ready to peek in.
  • There’s a discussion around how the bitcoin backups page can be improved. Chime in here.
  • Looking to flex your creative muscles? We have a few open issues (one, two, three) to create header images for pages.

Seeking feedback 🗣️👂

  • The BOLT12 website project is back in action. Share your thoughts on visual direction and content in the #bolt12 channel.
  • Plebpoet is working on the Geyser fund case study. Drop in comments to the write up.
  • What are reasons to ban peer connections to your node? The Bitcoin Core App team is wondering.
  • The Saving Satoshi team completed chapter 4 and is looking for coders to test and provide feedback.
  • Coinbits is looking to understand how people use and think about bitcoin. Fill out their survey.
